Standard - No flaws or almost perfect. Might be a smaller dust speck or underfill, not noticeable unless in certain lighting.
B-grade: Some underfill, or noticeable small speck of dust
C-grade: Lots of underfill, miscolored enamel, or noticeable dirt and dust.
Seconds: Lots of underfill or miscolored enamel, chipped or missing enamel, lots of dust and dirt.
