Up to 2-6 weeks for orders outside the US. This is all based off your country's customs
Do you ship to the EU/UK?
Yes! However I am not responsbile for newly added VAT laws. All customers from these corresponding countries are required to their own fees.
What do I do about customs?
Country's customs is NOT my responsibility. When you purchase an item from me, you are also paying for the customs you may have to pay. This includes newly added VAT laws added to the UK and EU.
If the items are returned to me, then I will not ship them back out, but instead refund you without the shipping cost.
There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?

What is your grading system?
Every pin has a different grading system, so make sure you read the description.
Can I return and get a refund?
All sales are FINAL! If you purchase a B, C or second grade and it is not up to standard, then you know the risk when purchasing. These items are at a discounted price because of their flaws. Please be sure when you're finalizing your purchases!
My items came damaged!
If your items are damaged then please email me. I try to make sure all my packages are safely packaged, however sometimes they can get damaged during transit. Please let me know ASAP!

Do you automatically combine shipping? Can I combine shipping?
I do not! Please fill out my combine order form. And please be sure to fill it out ASAP, as once I fulfill your orders, I am unable to combine them.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it
Please double check with your local post office, or if you live in an apartment building then please ask the front office as well. I am not responsible for lost packages.
My package is lost. Can you refund me or send out another one?
I cannot refund you for your items, but I can reship the items out if they are in stock, and if you cover the shipping fee again.
